Dysphoria with Clothes. TIPS.

TIP #1

-THRIFT SHOPS-

they are cheap, you can go into the guys section without question and find dress shirts and pants and everything.

going to this thrift shop(HOPEthrift) as a HS student with little money has helped me with my limited options in clothes that made me feel comfortable with myself. Dances were awful because I had no dress shirts/nice button ups and it would be a big dysphoria mess. now when I have extra cash I go down to the thrift store and buy some masculine clothes and its nice.

TIP #2

-WINDBREAKER COVER UPS-

getting yourself a good windbreaker that makes you feel good can cover up any dysphoria causing shirts underneath without it getting to hot for you or your binder(if you wear one).

like I have shirts that are to tight for my liking and show my chest and I get really dysphoric and obsessive about it and I have other old shirts that are embarrassing but I wont have anything else to wear. so ill just throw on the windbreaker(that I got from the thrift store for 7.89) and its all good.
