I'm 6 days late took 4 test all negatives

I took my paraguard out in september. Been birth control free since. I average about 24 day cycles. There was one cycle I was 28 days. Today makes 28 days. Idk what's going on but I feel like I should talk to a doctor or am should I wait? Been reading ever scenario possible. Any suggestions?
