PLEASE help. Need honest opinions

My MIL has an interview with the airlines and needs to wear business professional attire for her video interview. She just bought this outfit from JC Penney but something doesn't look right to me. Maybe put the button up collar UNDER the jacket? and unbutton the jacket? Would that look better? Any input welcome. Thank you!!
