looks like you have a few ingrown. try shaving the direction hair grows. or use a electric shaver with a guard

Ingrown hair.  Take a warm, almost hot, wet washcloth to it and let it sit for about 10 minutes, then pop it and see if you can get the hair out with a pair of clean tweezers.  Then clean the area with rubbing alcohol or hydrogen peroxide and put something like neosporin on it to protect it.

Its an ingrown hair that happened to me before. Its due tok shaving. Make sure you are shaving in the same direction with the razor so it wont do that again.

I used to get those before I started using this. Let’s you shave clean and close and its SO SMOOTH. Typically I would just put heat on it until it was ready to break open on its own. Best of luck.

I had that a few times if it hurts a lot. Ignore it and it will go away in a few days. 
It’s not ingrown hair though!
