Lower abdoment pain 😕
So for the past few days, I've been having some bad lower abdomen pain. It's not cramps, although my period is overdue by a few days (I have a history of being very irregular). I use nuvaring and take it out monthly to have a period. I also have PCOS.
Has anyone else experienced this? I think it has to do with my nuvaring because I haven't had any other lifestyle changes or diet changes lately. 🤷
