I’m 4 and half weeks pregnant after having a mc in December. I’m constantly peeing, feeling a little nauseous and boobs are heavier and bigger but I’ve got this weird feeling in my belly. I just feel full and uncomfortable - it’s not like cramps and it’s not painful just like an uncomfortable balloon in there. Occasionally there’s a bit of vaginal pain but it comes and goes, there’s no bleeding or spotting.
