How can I make time fly?

So my bf left yesterday for an entire week long trip to visit his grandparents and I've been checking my phone every 5 minutes even though I know he won't answer since he's too busy helping around the farm.. Time is passing so slow and I'm left in agony wishing the days away.. Any advice on how to make time fly or to stop feeling this way? Please and if so THANK YOU! ❤️❤️

Get active, this will help you just stay off your phone in general. Go work out, go volunteer, go jogging, put in extra hours at work. 
Go hang out with friends or family. Go to a movie (a good 2 hours without checking your phone hopefully lol), make dinner with them, play board games.
Treat yourself. Go shopping, get your nails done, get a facial!
Set a specific alarm for his text messages or calls. This way you won't have to constantly be checking since you'll know it'll ring.
It may feel long now but looking back you'll see how quick it was! The main thing is to try to get your mind off it lol
