So I was spotting 7 days after my fertile window. Then it stopped. A week later I get a gush of blood in my panties so I put a tampon In and and hour later it was gone. And the next day it was gone. Two days later I get a gush of blood that’s when I was like ok I’m out it must be a period . But it never came back. Like no blood. I took a pregnancy test yesterday that was negative so idk what’s going on. I have no symptoms. Only SUPER LITTLE CRAMPS during when I was spotting? Anyone been through this or know what it could be?
