Yesterday, I went to the bathroom and after finishing I wiped and bright, period looking blood and some tiny blood clots appeared and I nearly had a heart attack. I rushed to the ER and even though my hormone levels are still high and my babies heartbeat is still strong 169 (which is stronger than last time at 156) my baby is sitting low and I have inflammation which they diagnosed me with a possible miscarriage....please send your thoughts and prayers..... this is my first pregnancy and I don't know how to handle the situation. I've been out on pelvic rest so I basically can't get out of bed.... I haven't lost hope..... I'm 10 weeks... I'm so close.... I hope my baby can make it...

Update: I have a follow-up appointment tomorrow at 9:30 am! But the past two days there's been no bleeding anymore of blood clots and just light pink spotting and this morning it was brown! I think we are going to be okay! I will keep you all updated on what happens tomorrow! Thank you so much for your kind words and prayers!
