Any nausea tips?

I can’t seem to eat anything except afew crackers! There are no nutrients except my prenatals. Anyone have any tips??

Toast and milk for breakfast, not much but just keep something in your stomach.
The milk helps me feel less nauseous in the morning.

Ginger candies, peppermints, and preggie pops (or candies) all helped me! You can find them all on amazon.

Unisom. No idea how it works, but my dr recommended it last week and it has been a total game changer. Took it at night and my nausea has seriously decreased through the day. Still have some, but I feel like I can make it through the days, whereas before all I wanted to do was hide in bed (or rest my head on my desk at work).

I start with bread sticks, before I even get out of bed! Fresh orange juice seems to help. And I nibble on ginger biscuits, more bread sticks and chewing gum. Beans on toast and plain meals is all I can stomach. I usually love fruit and veg but it seems to make me vomit. Lemonade is great. Ive also just got these seabands accupressure wrist bands from Boots for about £8 that seem to be doing something! I was desperate! Good luck!
