Why would you announce before you test?
even if your period is like clockwork.....they are known to get messed up once in a while...test and don't bring up any hopes until you do.

No way! My man follows my period with me, so he knows if I'm late. The only people I'd tell would be my folks and they'd flip their lids. No need to make people worry <__<;

Depends... Would I tell my husband, yes. Anyone else? No. I don't feel like it's worth causing a stir for potentially no reason. Why cause that kind of excitement (or drama, depending if this a good thing or not) when you can buy a test for less than a dollar and know for sure?
