With your second child did you have a shower/sprinkle?

My son is now 6 and were expecting baby #2 in October! Just wondering if anyone had another shower or sprinkle with their second especially with the age difference?

my daughter is almost 2 so I won't be having a shower for this one but with that big of age gap for you I'd have one.

I'm having a shower. my daughter will be 6 this month and its my fiances first bio child, his mom called dibs on throwing one when we told her right when we found out at 4/5 weeks.

I only had a shower with my first..  However my mom throws what she calls a diaper party.  No expensive gifts. Just diapers, toiletries, and other Essentials.. :)

We’re going to have a little sprinkle with just close friends and family. My daughter is 7 so we have nothing. I didn’t see a purpose in keeping her stuff for so long. However, at easter when someone mentioned it all the older ladies in my husbands family were so rude about having one because “it was my own fault I didn’t keep anything”. Those will just be the people who aren’t invited 🙄🤗

My son was more than 5 yrs older than my daughter and we had a baby shower. This pregnancy is only more than 2 yrs apart so idk yet. This baby will be born a couple days before my daughters birthday so they will be 3 yrs apart.

I didn’t really want anything but my mom is obsessing over it because my first is 8 years old and all of her things were given to my nephew! But I’m sure it’ll be a little sprinkle thing nothing big! But really do what makes u comfortable go big or small whatever u really want lol
