Do you have ovarian cysts?

Question

Doctor found cysts at my 12 week scan, said it was normal to have them, but to keep an eye out for their growth. This is the first time I've been told I had them. Also, one of my ovaries was borderline too large, so we need to keep an eye out for it as the pregnancy progresses. Anyone else?

Update: I only have one cyst on each ovary, with one being the corpus lutem that sustains the pregnancy for the first 12 weeks. That's why my right ovary is enlarged. The NT tech thought there were more, but they were just follicles according to my OB. I feel so much more relieved now!

I don't have any right now but I've had them before.  They can be painful, especially if they rupture.  Hopefully yours will resolve on its own!  They usually do.

A lot of women get a cyst on the side they ovulated from when they become pregnant. That's what my dr told me. I have one, on my right side. I've had it since my first scan, but it hasn't grown or anything so no worries. My dr said its fine and normal.

I had an orange sized benign tumor on my left ovary had the tumor and ovary removed last summer. I have a small benign tumor and small cyst on my right. Just had an US to check if it's grown my Dr said we'll check it every 6 months or so to see if it's growing.

I had ro have them removed although. I've never had them while being pregnant at the same time. How far are you? Hopefully theyll start to shrink and go away as the baby get bigger
