At my hospital the paper that measures fetal heart tones looks a lot like this. I think it’s just baby’s heart beat picking up. You might have moved around and it caused baby’s heart rate to go up. Or you could have coughed. 🤷‍♀️

It could have been you moved or leaned (happened to me today, a lot). Today I was told it could also just be a Braxton Hicks contraction.
