Best workout apps, etc.
HELP ME!! I used to be so in shape in high school. I ran track and cross country but it has been 5 years and I’m starting to feel disgusted with myself. My doctor just told me that the computer says I’m overweight as well. I do not look overweight. I don’t feel overweight. But I need to get back into my healthy lifestyle and I would like to be in shape like I used to be and feel confident about how my body looks!
I need motivation though.

I’m looking for your favorite workouts! It doesn’t need to be an app, I’ve been trying to do different ab work I did during my track and cross country days so anything like that helps too!
I’m looking for healthy eating habits (it’s hard to eat healthy for me when my boyfriend won’t touch veggies for the most part and likes to have huge dinners all the time),
I’m looking for your favorite playlists or anything that helps you get/stay motivated to get that body you want! Who do you model your ideal body after? How do you work to get that?
I know some people that have pictures on their wall of people to give them motivation to workout and get their dream body.
I don’t belong to a gym mostly because I don’t know what to do at a gym. So any tips with that will help as well😊
