Fever

I’ve had a migraine for 2 days straight. Tylenol won’t even touch my migraine (I think it even made my migraine worse) and to top it off my temperature keeps fluctuating between 98.9 and 99.1 so far it hasn’t gotten any higher. When do I need to worry about my temp getting any higher? Or when should I seek medical attention? First time mom. 11w5d. The heartbeat on the doppler still sounds strong.
