vasectomy reversal

Has anyone SO had a successful vasectomy reversal? My boyfriend and I want a baby together but he got a vasectomy 4 years ago. We both have children from previous relationships so and we just want to complete our blended family. Please send us your success stories and how much it cost to get reversed. We are in Canada but are willing to travel to the US to get it done. Thank You!!
