Positive opk while pregnant?

I am around 5 weeks pregnant and I took an ovulation test for the hell of it and it came up positive. Any particular reason behind this? And also the green tests are hpts.. Are they getting amy darker?

Ovulation test doesn't look positive, but close. I took an ovulation when I was pregnant just because I read it could pick up on HCG and it took almost all the color from the control line.
