Standing all day at work...
Does anyone get insane back pain after being at work? I get it on my right side right about elbow length. I work full 9 hour shifts on my feet 5 days a week. It usually hurts so bad I could cry and no position I lay or sit in relieves the pain. Anyone know how I could prevent it?
I’ve tried propping one foot up when standing and I try to stretch but that doesn’t seem to help.
