Ovarian pain while on Clomid

Hi ladies!

This is my first cycle on Clomid 50mg, taking it cycle day 5-9. Currently I’m on day 8 of my cycle and I’ve been noticing what seems to resemble “ovulation” pain/pressure since yesterday (lower bilateral abdominal aching). I almost feel like taking an opk but I read that Clomid May give false positives.

Anyone else experience this while on Clomid? I go for an ultrasound on CD11 to check my follicles but I’m terrified that I may ovulate early (if that’s even possible on Clomid).

Also, if any of you ladies have any tips for me while on this Clomid journey I would greatly appreciate it!
