What TF

I got the implant inserted last August and things were great, didn’t have a period for 3 months. In January I got my first period since having it put in, a week later I got another period. It’s now April and I have been on and off my period so often, i feel like I’ve been bleeding more day then I haven’t been. The period have been longer and heavier then normal. Today I am on my period once again and it’s so heavy I am having to change my super tampon every hour. I’m really at a loss here, I don’t want to take the implant out all of a sudden and then maybe next month my body would regulate and I’d go back to no period at all. But I can’t take this much longer. Any thoughts or suggestions? Thank you
