When to start lifting
I want to get back to my pre-pregnancy weight of 125 I am currently 150. I’ve never gone to a gym or really gotten into fitness before. So this might be a silly question.
Are you supposed to get to your “goal” weight then start building muscle. Or just start lifting right away. I read cardio really helps with losing weight by I also wanna shape my body a little more as well. Any advice would be nice. Thank you.
