Where would you have a gender reveal?

Me and my husband are going to do a gender reveal and we’re inviting a bit of people. We live on a Navy base and I have family coming and we would have to escort over probably 5 cars on base which is a hassle and ridiculous. So I’m debating just doing it off base or what I should do? There will be kids at the party so the place needs to be kid friendly so I’m thinking maybe a park? I have no idea! Please help me I need to decide this before the month is up!
