Increase in vaginal discharge tmi no picture tho

I'm ten weeks today and I've had a big increase in vaginal discharge today it's clear and thick and stringy and occasionally it has a whitish color to it and is clumped in my underwear I am on amoxicillin but wondering if this could mean something more I'm worried that something isint right.......
