I think I had a miscarriage.... tmi

I think I had a miscarriage...... about 3 hours after sex yesterday when I used the rest room I had a very very small and slimy (jellyfish looking )thinking thing in the toilet. I felt it come out when I was peeing. I am six days before my period is supposed to be here is this likely to be a miscarriage???
