Endometrial Scratch?

Question

Anyone had an endometrial scratch done?  I go for my first next week, then another the following week. We'll have our second frozen transfer next month.

What can I expect with the scratch?  Pain levels?

Just as an update for those who may be wondering... My scratch was done Wednesday.  They go into the uterus with a small plastic tube and scratch around on the endometrial lining. It felt like sharp scribbles. I think she signed her name in my uterus, lol.

It was painful but over quickly. I'm having another done on Monday.  They did a biopsy just because they were in there anyway, but the idea behind the scratch is to rough up the lining a bit to give the embryo a comfy little crevice to implant in. I believe they do these sometimes in women who have had multiple failed IVF's, and they do seem to have higher success rates.

My frozen transfer is July 23rd. Fingers crossed, and best of luck to everyone!!

I'm not sure what a scratch is but I had a laprascopy done a couple weeks ago and burned from endometriosis off my tubes.  Does that sound similar?
