BH contractions waking me up at night??

Happy neurotic Wednesday!! Just wanted to ask you ladies if anyone else gets Braxton Hix contractions that are so strong that they wake you up at night. I had 3 last night!! My belly gets so hard that I have to scrunch up. I have other children so I know these are not real contractions but I can't help being a little nervous still. Anyone else experiencing this???

ftm and I had just a single one on Easter Sunday standing at church with my mom. first time I went to church since I was a kid. I thought god was just mad at me and punishing me for a minute 😂

Mine were so bad I had to go to the er just for them to stop once I got on the monitor 🤦🏾‍♂️ lol they aren’t supposed to hurt but I can’t take them at all!!
