UPDATE: So we had dinner at a fancy restaurant and I had a list of some new names ... I was reading my list and he stopped me and just looked at me. I said “ok ok we won’t use that one geezzzz.” He said “no no I was just saying it over and over in my head and that’s her name, that’s the one.” I said “really?!” He said “yes that’s it!”

So yeah!!!! Problem solved! And she’ll have my middle name, he also said if the next baby is a girl then we can use the name I originally wanted! 🙌🏻🙌🏻🙌🏻🙌🏻 Thanks guys for calming me down from my ever present, hormonal rage!!!!

My husband and I had a baby boy name and a baby girl name picked out before we found out this past weekend that we’re having a girl. Before we found out he said he was “OK with the girl name but wanted to circle back to the boy name” I’m like ok whatever. Well then we found out it was a girl and he IMMEDIATELY started saying it wasn’t set in stone when I started telling everyone her name. I am OBSESSED with her name and got so emotional that he wanted to “discuss other options.” To me shes already her name but he wants to “do it together and pick the names out together.” While it’s sweet that he wants to be so involved I’m like

He hasn’t even said a baby name yet and I just KNOW I’m going to hate. Plus it’s my first baby (he has a son) and god just let me have the name!!!! Also he said he wants to help with the nursery too....

You don’t care about the nursery!!!!! 😫😫😫😫😫 Do I get 0 say in this?!!! Or Im just the vessel until she’s born?!
