When do you get offered genetic screening?

Hey ladies so I just had my second appointment last week,  I was 10 weeks 6 days.  I was wondering when were you guys offered genetic screening?  I had my family history taken but I didn't have the ultrasound or bloodwork done.  I feel kinda rushed during my appointments and I always forget to ask all my questions and concerns. Os it possible that it will be offered at my next appointment?  That will be at 15 weeks.

most drs don't offer it if you arent at risk. and most insurances don't pay for it and it's expensive.

10 weeks and 2 days for panorama (that’s the minimum my OB likes you to be). And at 12 weeks the NT scan

I would call your OB it’s not always offered, specially if you have no history of being high risk.

I would call back your OB office to inquire. I was offered jt knowing it wouldn't be covered by insurance. But, the company (progenity) will charge your insurance like $14k but then you can call them to work out a deal for payment. My OB office partners with them so that if insurance doesn't cover it, you won't pay more than $125 out of pocket.

I'm tricare, married military,  I feel like it should be offered and not going to lie,  learning the sex early was apart of the desire :) .  I'm not sure of its covered but should I just ask at my next appointment?  Or is that too late?

I’m 10 weeks today and i go this Saturday for the blood work for it, they’ll also be able to tell me the sex as well.

My doctor offered it at my first appointment. I turn it down though because like the previous poster said it's expensive and my insurance doesn't cover it.
