Tips on loosing the baby weight

I was 117 lbs before I had my second baby & now almost 10 months after her birth I am down to 127 lbs which isn’t bad I’m slowly getting there. But my thing is I still have wrinkles & lose skin on my belly from the pregnancy & I still kinda have a pouch :/ after I had my first baby it took me 2 years to get down to 117 lbs. that was without eating better & working out. This time I’m trying a lot harder & exercising everyday but whyyyy is this pouch still here? & the wrinkles? If anybody has any tips on how to get this to go away it would be greatly appreciated!! 😃😃
