Self conscious and need advice

I’m 15 years old, 5,3 and weigh 143 pounds.

I’m starting to feel extremely self conscious and I’m starting to hate myself. Whenever I look in the mirror I feel down and I want to change, but every time I try I end up giving up.

I do martial arts twice a week for an hour and the only times I can go to the gym is on a Friday. I also feel like this won’t do much.

Is there any simple ways that I can lose weight fast? Like change of diet and simple exercises that I can do at home?
