So I did some reading on natural ways to treat hormonal imbalances caused by PCOS and found some information showing vitex/chaste berry tree to be beneficial.  Has anyone with PCOS used this and did it help you get pregnant?  I've been unable to get pregnant in the 10 years my husband and I have been married despite all kinds of treatment so I'm trying vitex and cinnamon capsules to help naturally treat the hormone imbalance and insulin resistance and was wondering if anyone has had success?
