Wondering

Been wanting to have a baby for yrs. 2015 did 2 cycles of IVF one didn’t work and the 2nd was a chemical pregnancy. My cycle is normally on point same time monthly so when glow says ur 8 days late it makes me wonder🤔. My nipples have been itching but I’m thinking it’s dry skin. Went to bathroom wiped and I had some dark discharge but nothing in my panties. I don’t know what to think at this point. After being told by a doctor your best chances to conceive is IVF could this be❓❓❓Not getting Hopes up tho🙏🏽
