I'm 7 months pp and just found out I'm about 10 weeks pregnant. my fiance thinks I did it on purpose and left last night. I've been on the nuvaring and he knows this because he can feel it when we have sex and he watched me take it out when the pregnancy test came back positive. I can't be a single mother to two babies and I don't know what to do right now
