Is your baby crawling yet?

Is your 8-9 month old crawling yet?  Mine isn’t and I honestly didn’t care until yesterday.  He’s the oldest in his room at daycare and we’ve been waiting for a spot to open up in the ‘bigger’ infant room.  A spot finally opened and they are moving a younger baby who is more mobile up instead of our LO.  It breaks my heart that he’s being ‘left behind’.

My son will be 9 months on Friday and has no interest in crawling. He loves to practice standing and walking but I honestly think he’s going to skip crawling.

I have a 8,5 month old daughter who is sort of crawling... backwards 😂 still working on going forward.

He can push and roll anywhere. But will not crawl. He likes to stand way more than be on his tummy.

My 8.5 month old just suddenly started speed crawling last weekend. Previously, would wouldn't even push up on his hands. This came out of nowhere. He might just suddenly do it too!

My 8.5 month old isn't crawling... she just started cruising and now tries to stand from sitting position and from crawling position... I don't think she is going to crawl at all...

my 8 month started crawling on easter. we started working with her with walking, she started crawling on her own. we werent sure she would crawl so we tried yo get her walking instead.

My 8 month old son started crawling 2 weeks before he turned 8 months on the 24th but he’s still trying to pull himself to stand he’s really close though but I wouldn’t stress it every baby is different but I don’t think it was fair for them to give the spot  to a younger baby that’s just me I’d talk to them

my 8 month old is crawling but it's an army crawl. crawling isn't even a necessary milestone - my mom said that I never crawled at all and my sister insisted on army crawling right up until she started on a run/fall/run/repeat approach. some babies roll instead. your daycare is being kinda mean imo :/
