Bleeding after sex????

Ok so I just had sex with my SO (doggy style) and after we finished i went to the restroom and peed and wiped and I was bleeding bright red blood ... and ive already been off my period a week...I also had sex 3 times last night plus the once tonight ...im freaking out. .. I hope its just from the roughness and amount of times we did it .... please tell me this is normal
