Pregnancy is uncomfortable!!!

Ok. I am expecting at 31 was. I’m having this feeling where my vagina feel so sore! I haven’t had sex. But it’s like when I stand, I get this heavy pressure and also feel like a pinch nerve on my left side where my vagina is. Plus a muscle that got strained. It’s painful! It only happens when I stand up. I have to stand still for a moment too before I can walk. My doc upsetting me saying my baby is low and everything fine but how is this pain and being uncomfortable “fine”?!!!! Anyone feel like this? 😫😖😤
