I found out through blood work that I’m not ovulating... like at all! This has thrown me into such a depression, I feel like my body is failing me! My doc said if I lose weight I should be able to ovulate again and sent me on my way. No help no nothing. I am a plus size woman and I knew that my weight could hinder my chances of conceiving. I have tried dieting and exercise, I have been doing this for three months, I have lost around 20lbs but I’m still not ovulating! Is there anything I could try to get myself ovulating again? My doc hasn’t offered any treatment other than a diet plan.
