What should I do?

Today according to Glow is day 2 of my fertile window. I have taken Clear Blue ovulation tests since day 1 of my fertile window so I will know when to BD and I keep getting the empty circle. I know I may be freaking out for nothing, but can you blame me. This is very stressful. I have been TTC for over 2 years and nothing is working. How do you ladies de-stress? What should I do?
