so Friday me and my boyfriend after weeks of not seeing each other got a little careless and wild. he ended up pulling out and pre ejaculating near the inside of my vagina ( sorry for the TMI ) but thought I should still get a pill just be safe. during this time I was already having on and off cramps and looked at my tracker and said I was still in my green week and the last day specifically. its going on four days and nothing is happening but I still have cramps on and off and my period is scheduled to come next week. should I be worried?
