37 weeks pregnant. father is being childish(i think) am I wrong?

my babies father and I are no longer together.. he has NOTHING for her and when we broke up, he moved back in with his parents and is "bored". we are both in our 20's. am I wrong for thinking he DOESNT need a damn xbox?

I’d be more concerned about his last response of ‘when is she going to stay here at all?’
Does he not want to be an active father in your child’s life?

I'm not sure I'd trust my kid alone with him. He sounds like hes 12.

I would stop engaging with him completely and once the baby come I’d just take him to court for child support because it doesn’t sounds like he’s going to step up at all.

side note: he has decided a good 5 times that he was going to "watch her grow from a distance" and changed his mind. he has a job (family business) and refuses to work because he "might miss something". I feel its a load of bs. he is just finally free from me pushing him to work, so hes being lazy.
