The whole theory came from some creepy shit that happened to someone earlier this year. I don't remember all details, but whatever happened gave some kind of numbers that were in the 041818 order, and one of the million theories people came up with was that the numbers correlated with that date. I personally believe in tons of conspiracies, but I whole-heartedly believe this is a bunch of bullshit. It's literally a theory that some kids on social media came up with.
