I stopped breastfeeding my first child 7 months ago. The past couple of weeks, I have been really blah. My breasts are achy and super tender/sensitive. I have even leaked milk. I had a period this month, but it only lasted 3 days. It was pretty heavy. But I didn't even cramp. I took a test and it was negative. Is there a reason I would be leaking milk and my boobs being so sore? I haven't stimulated them at any point after weaning and I do not want to end up with blockage.
