AM I MISCARRYING?! 😔

Question

did any of you pregnant ladies have very sharp pains in your early pregnancy? I am 5 weeks and last night I woke up in the middle of the night with the most painful cramps I've ever had but they weren't period like cramps. 
can someone tell me if im misscarrying or if it's normal? 
IM hitting panic mode and I can't see my doctor until Friday.
no bleeding either.

no bleeding is a good sign but if you haven't seen a doctor maybe its a good time too to rule out ectopic...good luck

With my first I had terribly painful cramps early on. It was scary, but nothing was wrong, doctor told me it was normal with everything stretching

Sounds like an ectopic. No cramps should be so bad to the point it becomes uncomfortable for you to walk or stand up. Go to the er asap!

I miscarried in January... but I was 11 weeks. I would think that you would at least see red blood at 5 weeks. 
At least with mine, I had the worst cramps I have ever had with extreme bleeding and tons of clots. It was very apparent to me that I miscarried. 
I also know it can go undetected being so early, but if your not bleeding red blood I would relax... you are probably okay.

I had very painful cramps up until about 12 weeks on and off. You you aren’t bleeding yo re good. Probably growing pains or cramps from being dehydrated

Also in my experience, I would honestly start to panic a little BUT if you go a few more days with no bleeding then it is most likely nothing to worry about. My last pregnancy I had the bleeding first then it was followed by the cramps. So you may be okay. Keep us updated 😢
