Constant feeding ๐Ÿ˜•

So my son is 3wks. He usually nurses every 1.5 - 2hrs. Some nights he literally wants to nurse every hour ๐Ÿ˜ด ALL day today he has literally nursed every hour. There were only two time spans where he went more than hour. I haven't even had he opportunity to pump, I think I only got 2 oz total today (I usually get anywhere between 6-8oz a day). Is it okay for him to be nursing so much? I thought around this time babies could go 2-3hrs maybe even 4 hrs between feedings. Or is my supply running low all of a sudden? I don't keep up with water as much as I should and it's difficult to eat, he literally starts crying everytime I'm about to eat ๐Ÿ˜” FTM and this constant nipple attachment is getting rough, but I don't want to supplement with formula if I don't have to. Any input is greatly appreciated ๐Ÿ’™
