Folic acid
Hiya guys! First time posting here and we’ve been TTC for just over a month now, I came off the pill mid/late January and I’ve had two periods since and no luck of conceiving. I bought some folic acid yesterday and myself and partner have changed our diets and lifestyles to help... question is has anyone else taken folic acid while TTC and noticed a difference?
