I hope you can help!

My husband and I are not TTC just yet but are in the process of preparing for it. I came off my pill 6 months ago and my cycle is back to normal with ovulation occurring as it should also. I am normally on time every month- the same date. However this month, I’m 3 days late. I now have some clear discharge with no signs of any flow. I took a test yesterday but it came out negative. Could I be pregnant or just having a late period?

Any help would be appreciated
