6 week scan

I went for an early scan today and they think I’m a little earlier than I initially thought. I thought 6 weeks today and they think 5w 5d. We could see sac and yok sac which is good BUT I have a cyst on ovary and fluid in my pouch of Douglas. Has anyone had this and were things ok?
