% of getting pregnant?

Ashley • TTC baby #1 with my hubby. This is will be my first time being pregnant & TTC so everything is very new to me
I was just wondering how Glow gets % of getting pregnant? The lowest my % is is 2.9% and the highest it goes is 32%. I just feel like on my most fertile day my chances should be higher then 32% 😕
