So I don’t really post much.. but i need some help. Last month I started a really strict diet. I was 290 pounds. I was determined not to hit the 300 pound mark. I started buying all veggies, no bread, no caffeine, no sugar.. nothing. On top of that, hitting the gym 3 times a week. I lost 10 pounds in 1 month which is so exciting. but in the last week I’ve gotten tired of eating the same stuff, meal prepping, and spending $100 A WEEK in grocery shopping. Is there anything else I can do to help this weight loss other than going on this expensive strict diet? would calorie counting work? Someone please help:(
